The First Recession-Proof Architecture
The Most Innovative New Live/Work/Create Space
Featuring Moving Walls
It all started with the idea, “What if walls could move?”
That lead to more questions…
How can I have a personal studio that supports anything I want to do… paint, video, music, yes even a baby grand piano?
What if outside walls could tilt down to become patios?
What would it take to have power outlets anywhere I want them?
Every photographer, videographer, and painter knows the magic of lighting at dusk where shadows disappear and colors are more accurate. How can I live in that light all the time?
How can a kitchen be designed to enable a better experience for my friends?
How can a 2,000 sq ft living space be better and more functional than a 5,000 sq ft typical home?
I have everything I need to be more creative so why not live where most people vacation?
Contractors
build homes to live in.
We build living spaces
to create in.
There is a BIG difference.
When you invent, write, code, produce, imagine, and create, your work does not end at 5pm.
What you do is who you are. Your ideas are constantly changing, your living environment should adapt, change, and inspire everything you do.
(4,000 sq ft design coming soon.)
Almost 20′ wide x 10′ tall, this is extreme functionality!
A beautiful see-through plexiglass window when it’s up
and a see-through patio when it’s down.
The building is 8 stories tall and each floor has 12 foot ceilings. Each floor has an elevator and hall that divides 8,000 square feet of living space into two 4,000 square feet sections. Each section can be divided into living spaces of 1 x 4,000 sq ft, 2 x 2,000 sq ft, or 3 x 1300 sq ft, depending on the configuration of the moving walls.
A roof mounted rack system provides power outlets and internet access anywhere. The industrial/modern rack also provides functionality in the studio for hanging lights and gear while also supporting the sound/privacy panels.
And when you wake, you’ll discover that where you are is better than any dream.
Our vision for a 360 kitchen is a design that enables the host to focus on their guests while crafting delicious food and enables the guests to enjoy the host and terrific views.
Where most kitchens have the oven/stove against a wall, forcing the host to have their back to their guests, we put the stove/oven and sink in the center of the room, allowing for everyone to gather around and face each other while preparing food.
▼ Ovens, microwave, stove, and sink are all within 180 reach while ▼ facing your guests.
▲ Your guests enjoy you, can easily participate in the cooking activities, and get a great view of the scenery.
A 360 Kitchen is a simple concept that provides great functionality and maximizes your enjoyment of your creative living space.
The Luminate Lofts wall organizer is 39 feet long x 10 feet tall x 30″ deep.
That is 975 cubic feet of organizational space!
Adding to the functionality, we made the outside surface a whiteboard for 390 square feet of creative drawing…
because sometimes an idea is so big, you just have to write on the walls.
Companies that want to offer their key personnel the very best space in which to innovate technology, write film scripts, compose music, collaborate on ideas are reserving their space now!!
